He is the Founder and CEO of LeaderDevelopment Inc. (LDI), which over the past twenty years has helped thousands of leaders succeed, no matter what their role, through its in-depth leadership seminars and institutes, as well as by individualized executive coaching.

Mr. Bell is the author of Great Leadership—What It Is and What It Takes in a Complex World, The Clock Tower (A Story About the Three Key Dimensions of Leadership), and Rescuing Healthcare—A Leadership Prescription to Make Healthcare What We All What It to Be.

Mr. Bell earned his bachelor’s degree in business and economics in the UK and his master’s degree in European Law and Business Institutions in France. Growing up in France and Great Britain, Antony’s professional and executive experience spans the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and South Africa.
